30m long? I doubt you’ll find any. Rubber tubing has limitations and that would only be magnified at that distance / length in my opinion.
I’ve seen one used back home. When stretched, it was more than 100m long. I think bungee cords are that length, but I am not sure how suitable their resistance is.
