Questions that have yet to be answered:
1) Does tempo work assist in adding strength or speed?
2)Does tempo work aid in regeneration and recovery?
3) Is tempo work bad for the growing body?
4) How much is too much (I believe that only I can answer this, but as I said above, I do not feel soreness after regenerative processes and tempo, so I need some direction).
Scientific and experiential/proven answers would be best.
