300m on a track seems so far!! ( not a good sign when you are a 400m runner!)

Average times were pretty close to the target but i new right away that i would suffer for the quick first run. Overall i cant complain, i didnt feel too good, the track felt like a sponge, more like my legs just were not reacting to the ground!
Popped to the gym after and did some weight lifting circuits – GHR, Pull ups, russian hamstrings, shoulder press, Henks ( kicking a swiss ball as fast as u can).
