    Friday 4/3/10

    Long warm up
    Hurdle mobility

    5x600m w/3mins

much better this week than previous 2 attempts! average time was 1.42. Definitely feel like im getting better endurance for these longer reps. looking forward to the distance decreasing though as the training progresses!

Dan Pfaff style circuits after to finish off.

    Sat 5/3/10

    short warm up
    multi throws

6x flying 10m with 20m gradual build up.

    4x 60secs, 45secs, 30secs ( 45secs and 5mins rest)

Pretty pleasing session, worked on getting into the right positions on the flying runs and each run felt better and better.

Tempo after was quite difficult, was working the 60sec run hard in each set. Last 15sec of each run i tried to think of the home straight of the 400m. So pump arms and lift knees! Train hard…..race easy!

Sunday – Rest and more unhealthy food! i am a prime example of the weekday diet lol. I fall off the wagon big time at weekends.

Back on it again tomorrow as i enter week 4. Week will start with 9x200m.

    Peace.
