Weights – Front squat, Hang clean, Snatch technique
Good session today, accelerations were much improved. I was a lot more patient with it today and the end result was a lot better. The 2 long runs were good too, both faster than last week.
Woke up with a very sore foot this morning, the tendon on my big toe is slightly inflamed. With that in mind i adjusted the session.
Bike tempo 16x15secs on 15secs off
Single leg gym work
I think the sore foot is from where my trainers have been rubbing on the tendon because my foot is raised now due to orthotics. Will see how it is tomorrow. Hoping nothing too serious as things are starting to pick up!
