Well the first time it happened (2 Weeks ago), the tightness lasted the entire day, then when I woke up it was more of a tight/soreness… that lasted for about a week, and then it just felt a little raw for another 3 days, then it was fine. Then a few days after it fell fine (2 Weeks from the initial incident) I went to do the same workout, and the same thing happened, except it wasn’t as tight because I didn’t push it like I did last time, this workout was yesterday, and it is sore again today, not as much as last time but sore/tight none the less. So I can see this one lasting a few more days.
