Have you or Mike considered working fly’s year round? Or slight downhills (1-2%) for greater eccentric loads?
Ex: Day 1: 6 x fly 20m @ 90% working on technique, progressing to faster runs but always focusing on form and posture.
I’m keen on downhills becuase i’ve never done them and it will be a nice new training stimulus for me…I don’t think Mike likes them though…
Fly’s all year round? Not sure…i did run slightly faster fly 10m however (0.94) during year 1 with Mike when we did a lot more SFS’s over 60-130m…
