Well, if you cut sprint training down I’m not entirely sure how they will be faster unless they were previously overtraining.
More speed to the board is always a plus, but if the body can’t handle the force on take off and your stability fails then even having Bolt type speed won’t save you.
So faster? No
Stronger? Yes
Further? Probably
There are too many variables and if it was as simple as that statement says I’d imagine you would be training yourself rather than having Mike do it 🙂
