You are not alone Nick. Everything that has been said about you applies to me. What changes do you plan to make to your training to counter act this then Nick?
Mike and I will sit down and talk about it next week i’m sure…I start back in 10 days or so.
I am sure on a few things,
1) longer acceleration work (10-80m)…Due to a few injuries etc i rarely went over 40m.
2) Much more strength work targeting hamstrings and glute development (RDL, deep squats and deep lunges etc)
3) Longer flys (30-40m probably). Again, with injuries i rarely went over fly 15m.
Other things i expect to be a normal progression from last season…
