We aren’t talking about doing just sprinting. I don’t think that was ever the question. If there are programs that do just sprint training, then I’d understand it.
You are right in mentioning it is about how much. I think your training is a perfect example of that because you have great lifts, jumps, and 30s, but you don’t have much top speed at all. You’ve improved your lifts (all of them) significantly and your jumps and plyometrics as well and there is minimal top speed and overall LJ improvement (talking about PRs, not fouls). The one thing a lot of people say is the hardest to train is top speed, so maybe that would make sense here…
