Well, i didn’t want to make this about me but using my training as an example, we do a lot of sprinting AND a lot of special strength work…
And your right, i seem to be stuck at around 0.96-0.98 for fly 10m. Which is LJ terms isn’t bad…BUT needs to be around 0.94-0.96 to jump over 8 meters…
I think the main reason is becuase of the lack of special top speed strengthing work (RDL’s, hip flexions and other PC work)…
It’ll be different next season…
