Pfaff talks about things you rarely hear from other high jump coaches who “specialize” at the event other, an exception being the poster with 522 rants who certainly cemented some of my thoughts with his only article on ET. Why do I still hear high jump coaches or dwight stones at meets or non HPC or USATF clinics referring to you have to practice in-air motions or you have to lean inwards more or your approach distance needs to be set from the beginning of the season till the end of the season? I really like Pfaff because he really discusses the things that corrects the visible symptoms seen in performance.
