IMO the 3 major flaws are:
1. The athlete's hips are MUCH too high at right foot touchdown.
2. The right knee should be more flexed at touchdown and should movement forward and downward after right foot touchdown to facilitate forward movement of the hips and upper body-lower body separation.
3. The left leg should be straighter and further ahead of the hips at touchdown to set up a hinged moment (blocking of the lower body movement and acceleration of the upper body).
