Haven’t seen the CF advice but I’d say sprint mechanics need quite a bit of work. Looks and sounds like you’re running flat footed.
Potural integrity is not good on all three activities…butt out / lordotic posture. Tough to say how much of it is a technical issue and how much is due to physical readiness. Because the posture seems to carry over to your walking as seen between the reps and exercises I’d guess that you have some structural / general strength issues to address. It causes a couple problems- low knee lift and kicking at the ground on the sprints, bad landing positions on the drop jumps (knees rotate forward big time), and difficulty amortizing on the squat jumps because you have to take all the load at the knees rather than the hips.
