Without falling into the trap of giving you a "one size fits all" programme or coaching without having seen you I would sugest the following tips:
Keep the reps low on the plyos and make sure you have someone watching you to ensure that the quality is high. Far too often athletes go into plyos suitable for an experienced athlete when their plyo training age is novice.
Re your resistance training (very briefly): try to get some good coaching around the fundamentals of Olympic lifting (don't get obsessed with moving large weights too early). I would include some form of squatting and definitely some single-leg work. Finally, if you were in my gym the arm work and leg extensions would end yesterday!
