Hello Again,
What kind of track work should I be doing right noe I have 5 weeks or so before my first indoor meet. I will be doing the 60m I might do the 200m but the indoor 200m track is really bad and very slow.
At the minute I am doing speed work (40,50,60)x2 pyramid and speed endurance (80,100,120)x2 all as fast as I could so 90%+ effort. I need a 2 – 3 day ideas.
