You needed 3 weeks to recover from that? The volume is a bit high for the intensive tempo stuff, but nothing that should take 3 weeks to recover from. I think it is not what you need as a sprinter and is a bit too high of volume and not enough pure recovery days, but not as extreme as many of the sessions you will hear about.
If you can find better training or can train yourself better, do it, but I think there may be some other problems with that long of recovery.
