my aims for this season are to run: 200m in under 22 seconds
400m in under 50 seconds
i have had so many injuries this year(2 strained hamstrings and a strained back) :flaming: that i have dropped out of most big competions so i only have my times to beat. i may be at the English schools this year but i doubt i can back into shape in time.
my strongest assets are probably: strength, technique.
my weakest area's are definitely: acceleration, maximum speed.
what is you event, aims for the season etc…
and got any advice on training…
