hey alb, here are my results,
200m: I got automatic qualification to the next round (inter-counties championship) because
there was only 2 people there (including me) and i was running the 400m's in 30Min's time.
400m: :dance: 1ST :dance: in a time of 53.8 secs.
I am racing in the inter-counties championship next Saturday and will post my results soon after.
I will only get one hard training session in this next week due to this.
