Anyway i am back on the track and should be able to run, BUT i can't sprint until september.
I did a compition on sunday just joging and here's how i did…
400m: 4th (last) 71.1 seconds
110m hurdles: 2nd (last) 25 seconds
4x400m relay: 4th (out of 5) my split was 63 seconds
I really need to get back in shape so i am doing a lot of gym work… i hope to be in some kind of form my october.
