i would do sprinting before your plyos.
i would keep the sprints really short =nothing over 40 yards.
vary your sprint starts from a standing start to crouch, to lying on the ground. do something like 3 of each and vary your distances from 10-30 meters.
plyometrics i would use tuck jumps/hurdle hops, depth jumps, single leg bounding, standing long jumps, standing triple jumps (u dont have to use sand for those but it would be nice so u dont hurt yourself if u slip.
i wouldnt do all of those exercises in one day because ur lifting as well but add variety and pick 3 plyos for each workout. keep the reps in the moderate range nothing crazy …something like 2-3 sets of 8.
for you i would do these exercises after u lift because ur a lifter primarily but u could use them before but u have to try it out and see what works for you, u dont want ur lifts to suffer because ur already tired. if u have the time just have a long period of time in between running and lifting.
