with my former coach (sprint coach) we usually did this for plyos before sprinting.
jumping was also uphill.
3 sets of sprunglauf*40 meters. (exegerated sprintmovement)
3 sets 20 reps jumping with feets together with minimal movement in knee joint
4 sets og jumping on one leg.*10 jumps on each leg.
4 sets of squat jumps*5 jumps.
So is this too much volume? I felt it was ok to do it, not too tired.
How much should I reduce it? and way is it not good doing that volume?
