i am getting deep tissue massage but right now im only going to therapy once a week. dont know what ART is, maybe you can explain that one to me. i really only feel the pain when i get down in my runningback stance and stretch it. those are really the only two times i feel it and when im just starting to run. i havent tried to sprint because im scared it will futher damage it and then ill have to wait a longer period of time to heal. this has been nagging me since december then it went away for part of outdoor and its back, its really disheartining when you work so hard and an injury holds your progress….
