I just asked and it is just a stretching routine with each position held for 3 breaths. Oddly, I don’t remember that AT ALL from my time at LSU but I have my own breathing stretch routine (only one breath) that I actually stole from a yoga routine. I’m not sure if I sub-consciously named it after one I had seen at LSU or not. The concept is the same but the routine and the lengths of the holds are different. I typically prescribe this one for 2-3x.
