Probably not the best idea IMO. Not only are public jacuzzis among the most dirty, bacterial ridden places on the planet, but the heat is also likely to worsen any inflammation. Within 24 hours I’d stick with ice or contrast bath.
Nutritionally, make sure you ingest some carb + protein mix within 40 or so minutes of the conclusion of the event.
I usually give the day following a competition off.
