Yesterday was a hell date in the weightroom but,today hit the track for 100 meter strides.I realized today damn im fast i strided 10.93 in wafles that have no grip at all but,the most odd thing is happening its almost as if i forgot how to run.i strided 23.29 in the 200.thats a big gap from when i was striding 22.6-.8.I guess its because i got heavier and out of shape who knows.
