    Twice as fast, eh?

    That’s almost as fast as when you tuck your tail between your legs and run from topics you are called out on.

    You might wonder why I am such an ass to you. I’ve seen the rise and fall of many track sites and forums (trackshark, atoboldon, etc). This forum has consistently had some of the highest level training advice as well as knowledgeable people on it. Your disregard for even the simplest scientific facts as well as your inability to back up your ideas reeks of either trollism or just plain ignorance. I refuse to let this site become a home to people like you who drive away the greater minds because you spam threads with meaningless crap.
