So to sum things up,
Greater stride length=greater power out put and
shoter stride length=lower power output
of course this would be relative to the person
? ? ? ?
Stronger the athlete and more power output that athlete has = greater stride length
(For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction) The harder I bounce a ball on the ground the higher it will bounce up in the air. Same goes for sprinting. More force applied to the ground = higher hip allowing more room for recovery and increased stride length.
