Thats not good.
I noticed I have got very strong over the months and x2 bw lifting is no problem at all. The problem is I don’t feel my power gains that much. Any mention on how to speed th phase up? No point of me getting stronger if it will take 2 year to translate to power.
i feel the same way. there must be some workouts or just a universal way to make ur translation speed up from strength to power. is the difference between strength and power all neural?
