Good stuff. I had a chat with my coach and his main concern is just getting me competing again after pretty much a 1 year layoff. My endurance is no where near where it was when I PR’ed last year but my speed is there or there abouts so im really hoping for a late 52 even from the first race, if i dont get it i wont be overly dissapointed given my training/general lifestyle have not been great recently. As you say ill go for it and have fun.
