The second guy using straps was widening his stance alot during the lift, compared to the first guy, whose feet stayed almost exactly in the same position. But the second guy looked alot more explosive throughout the lift. So who would gain benefits more from the cleans?
widening of the feet isnt a bad deal just dont go crazy with it like i see many fb players doing when they are trying to attempt heavy weight. the first guy grip width was really close.
