it started with athletes going to s & c coaches who did “pt exercises” because wow it was different…ie Mike Boyle, Charles Poloquin, JCS, and Mark Vestegen to name a few. Now there is more “quasi pt” and no s & c! What do you propose amigo?

The first step is talking about problems that clearly exist. It took a lot of guts for Darin to show a major athlete such as RG3. I do think an overlap is ok to to have between medical and performance, but the wrong fusion usually means that the compromise in the quality of medical evaluation for more quasi strength and conditioning will exist.
