I was wrong before when I said that size and type of runner is 40% of the thought of order.
It’s probably more like at least 60/40, *Body/Running Type being Most important.*
Because the 4 kiddies open times are usually Very relative to one another, this means that PR times are Not a greatly significant variating factor.
The largest gains and losses on a 4×1 relay pool are found in adjusting the order based on body-type and running style.
Remember also, everyone also runs a differnt race. Some people are great with blocks, some kids are lethal but only over the first 60 meters, some decelorate less than others the second half of the 100 meters.
Yeah, I would base the relay order based on Open PR times …

But here a our level it would be completely incorrect to base the order on Open PR times. Still, some thought should be given to the runner’s range of times a slight bit.
