what would a typical training week look like for competition..gpp..etc??
what were his training times like compared to competition..were they similar or did he run better at competition?
What short of tests did he use for testing week weight room and track eg.. (Slj 30 squat powerclean etc)
how important is genetics in sprinting..sprinters are born or made or a bit of both?
