It won't make any difference to anything. If your diet is crap the supplements aren't helping any. I get most of my protein from food. The protein powder gives me the extra I need to get my 2g per kg of body weight. So I get 100+ from food, then another 30-60 from powder, depending on how active I have been. I must say I think I OD on the stuff. But I don't care, I am growing. Work out on average how much you can get from a good balanced diet. Then set a daily amount you need/want to achieve. Use the powder accordingly. You might find you don't even need it.
