well if front squats help with pushing action I would think there would be a benefit to the drive phase for a sprinter. Which I have heard was important.
Im sure you were doing a lot of other things when you experienced hamstring problems besides just Front Squats. Is it fair to think they caused the problem?
I do them onto a medicine ball. Wouldn't the deep depth actually make the glutes and rest of the post chain a pretty big factor in the lift?
