thats a good question. wonder the same. Does medium long reps 100-300m with incomplete rest have any place in a 400m program? This is what called intensive tempo right?
I think when training for speed endurance people here say u should have complete recovery. I would like the reason why?
I have had success with fast 60-80-100-150-200 distances with incomplete rest. But on the contrary I have never done a program with complete rest on the SE sessions, so I cant tell which is better for me.
