Did some 5 hurdle work today, but only went over 3 times, to keep my hamstring resting. It feels pretty good today, less tight and no pain while hurdling. I tried moving my blocks over in the lane to fix my problem of trail leg drifting into the lane to the right of me, but I notice that I tend to drift over into the middle of the lane anyway.
First hurdle is poor – wasn’t able to keep up momentum over it, but the others look ok in terms of speed. Not incredibly fast, but not that slow either.
