had mixed feelings about my practice monday. I apparently only have 5 hurdles to work with now, somebody took all the rest and locked them in a shipping container, which makes hurdle endurance rather difficult – kinda forced to do 5 step stuff or quick repeats over 5. this day I decided on 5 steps, of which I day 5×5 over 39″ at about 11.50m. Thus hurdling felt pretty rough and unpolished, but started feeling better at the end, perhaps indicating that i just wasnt properly warmed up for the first few sets. Ended with a 300, which my friend clocked me at 34.99, which I’m pretty pleased with. not quite so embarrassing. hopefully this means that my fitness will be able to catch up with my hurdling by the time the trials roll around
