rode on the bike for ~10 mins just to get some blood flow down there
Lifting:
3×2 90% Jerks: 90kg
3×10 front/side skips: 50kg
lifting felt pretty good today. Foot in slight pain but certainly less than normal. I considered doing some extra hurdle-specific work with bands, but I decided I would rather be fresh for tomorrow.
