thanx for the input. ive heard mixed messaged from a few coaches and athletes about running with weights- when i ran my first sub 50s 400m was in the same month i start running with my weights, so i saw a massive difference and improvment from using them. i wonder if i had an early improvement from them because it was something new that my legs were doing.
haha yeh atm im just been focusing on trying not to burn her out by smashing her- shes going through alot of growing pains and "female issues" atm so i dunno whether to continue the same training ive been giving her or back off while shes going thought her growths- any idea on what i should do?
