Jump Rope/Calisthenics for 5 mins to get warm.
60 seconds A Skips in place on carpet, not bringing knee to parallel.
30 seconds various abwork focusing on hip development, as many reps as I could accomplish in the allotted time period.
A's/abs x 10 mins each.
Physioball/Mediball Core work.
Dynamic Stretches as a warm down.
Hopefully back to the grind tomorrow. No school though.
