Everything David says makes sence to me. I havent done plyo for a few years now because of injury, apart from the odd stadning lj to warm up. I basically just lifted heavy for the main exercises, did short sprints, couldnt even do technique work but im still improving each year.
The only thing i want to try is a bit of complex training, oly squats then a few depth jumps as my only plyo exercise. Any thoughts on this David?
