You were right that we can’t do more than one thing. I have done purely hang work this year and had another session today with cleans from floor. I just don’t know what im doing, cant hit the right positions. From reps 150 would be a max on a good day, which is down from the hang.
I dont really get why though, i tried a 1 off deadlift max and did a 280 without too much trouble so my pull isn’t weak. Today i did a 200×4 oly squat after the cleans so my legs aren’t weak. My hang is more so i don’t lack power. Why can’t i lift from the floor?? I was expecting 160+
