I dont think we need to see examples of other athletes, because it doesnt really mean anything. Our goal in the gym is to get stronger, or for most of us here is to get a higher power to weight ratio and then take it to the track. This is a simple program, not too hard on the cns, no doms, low training time. My lifts are going through the roof doing this and i know from the past that when my power goes up, i jump further even without technical training or plyo. Although i did do a lot of OHS last year.
