Here's what I'm thinking for AA::
[*]Include some form of weight training.
[*]Consider running faster than 75%.
[*]Do plyos after acceleration development.
[*]Cut down the number of reps for acceleration development.
[*]At least initially, swith in a hill run, stadium runs, or resisted runs for an acceleration development day.
[*]Run on Saturday….maybe intensive tempo.
[*]Later in the phase, make Saturday intensive tempo and Wednesday Vmax (80-120m).
Pre-comp / comp looks pretty good.
I'm taking you don't compete at all indoors. Also if you're competing outdoors for HS, I'd peak in May (Regional & State champs); and then start another mini macrocycle starting with 1-3 weeks of GPP. This will help you peak again and run better should you be competing in July.
