Comments: calf is a bit better, I think I might have pushed it too much in the gym today and aggravated a pain in my hip and fascia/quad, but pr in bench (was going up easy today) and squat

some general strength drills- core pushing legs down, 3x duck walk 10m then10pushps for 20m then substitute pushups for mountain climbers, 3x1min to failure tri dips

Comments: calf still tight…hipflexor/fascia on right hurting and im favoring the right leg a lot when I run, im thinking that’s making it worse I dropped lower body for this gym session
