okay the point is we obviously haven't if people don't know that cf uses sse. the point isn't who is right who is wrong it is that people here automatically are dismissing cf when they don't even know what the ideas really are.
you still are missing the point about the flipped rests. we are trying to get more speed over a given distance. going lower on the rests does not necessarily (at least, does not directly) accomplish that. It is the same as the difference between wanting to run 10 x 100m in 11.0 or 1 x 100m in 10.0. Now, at lower levels (>10.50 100m) is may not make as big of a difference since almost anything will cause some progress if they aren't overtrained and in the cases of long sprinters it may be beneficial since you will essentially be building your race model on it, but I would still rather build speed on top rather than just doing the same with less rest for a short sprinter.
