Quik- are these all out, start to finish, or 95% accel and then full on top speed?
I'd say the accel is more like 95-98% effort hitting top speed coming off of the curve staying tall and relaxed. it is sort of like how I start the 200. The reason I like this workout indoors is because it feel sort of how I do when I come off of the first curve in the 200 indoors.
