I’ve just looked through your videos on youtube, some things i would change if i were you
– take away this thing you call military press which is actually an incline bench at only half depth, also dips
– take away the box squats, 1/8th squats and get your ass to the ground, add box squats for variation another time or if you cant get your ass down, at least do parallel. Your standard squat isn’t there.
You look like you’ve tried alot harder to develop upper body instead of lower. Why not just simplify things in general in the gym like the old clean, bench and squat routine?
Post some track vids sometime. Do you love lifting a bar or sprinting more?
